HashMemo believes that "every individual has something valuable to offer, and that by sharing their knowledge and expertise, they can help others grow and develop".
We aim to create a safe place for both teachers and learners by helping ambitious minds achieve their dreams and improve their productivity by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.
Therefore, we have adopted a "zero-tolerance" policy that does not tolerate any behavior that violates the law or the terms of service and other guidelines set forth by Hashmemo.
As a "safe and secure place to teach and be taught", HashMemo requires all users to comply with the law and HashMemo's guidelines.
The HashMemo terms of service and individual policies are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
All HashMemo users are assumed to have read the terms of service and each policy carefully and to have agreed to them when creating an account.
Respect for intellectual property rights
HashMemo users are expected to respect the intellectual property and other rights of others.
When using, posting, or sharing third-party copyrighted material, please be sure to obtain permission from the copyright owner.
HashMemo does not permit the infringement of intellectual property rights of others by using these copyrighted materials without the permission of the copyright owner.
If you believe that your copyright has been definitely infringed, please submit a Copyright Infringement Form.
This form may only be submitted by the copyright owner or an authorized agent of the copyright owner.
Respect for other users
HashMemo is an equal opportunity to motivate learning, and we ask all users to respect each other.
Therefore, posting content or comments, or creating accounts that are offensive to other users or may have the potential to do so, such as those listed below, are not permitted.
Even if you're not directly involved, any acts that incite such behaviors are also unacceptable.
・Infringing the rights of a third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
・Spam, deceptive, or misleading content;
・Misinformation;
・Hate speech;
・Violent or graphic content;
・Vulgar language;
・Nudity and sexual content;
・Illegal or criminal acts;
・Depiction of abuse or extreme violence against animals;
・Suicide and self-harm;
・Impersonates another person, User, or account;
・Perpetuates or attempts to perpetuate a scam;
・Endangering the safety of children and minors;
・Harassment, such as bullying or other forms of abuse;
・Dangerous acts or challenges;
・Encourages or promotes fraudulent, suspicious business schemes, or illegal transactions;
・Makes false or misleading claims or statements about the safety of medication or vaccination;
・Disseminates false or misleading health-related information that may harm public safety or health;
・Promotes violent criminal organization, the use of firearms, or the sale of illegal or regulated goods or services;
Reporting violations or infringements
If you find a content, comment or an account that you believe violates or infringes upon any of HashMemo's stated terms of service or policies, or any of the above, please be sure to contact us by using report-image "Report" or Contact Us form.
HashMemo's response
We strictly review all reported content and reserve the right to forcibly remove any contents or comments deemed to be in violation or inappropriate for HashMemo in accordance with the law and our guidelines.
In addition, we suspend or delete your account without prior notice if we receive multiple reports from other users and there is no improvement in the situation despite warnings from HashMemo.
Important
・A person who belongs to or is involved in an anti-social organization, such as a terrorist group or hate group, is prohibited from using the HashMemo platform or the service.
・You may also object to the suspension or deletion of content, comments, or accounts.
・The terms of service, individual policies, and these guidelines are subject to change from time to time.
